Non-Clinical Support
Doula support is emotional, physical, informational, and non-clinical. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or guidance from licensed medical providers. You remain responsible for medical decisions and for working directly with your physician, midwife, nurses, or other licensed care providers.
Scheduling and Availability
The free consultation is an introductory conversation. Website descriptions and prices are informational and may change. Service scope, availability, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms, and client booking are not final until confirmed in a separate written client agreement with Doula Charlotte Hernandez LLC. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for the services it covers.
Emergencies
This website and the scheduling form should not be used for urgent or emergency medical needs. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
